ADHD has major effects on my actions. What can i do to help myself?
Please help me! I have been told many times in my life I have ADHD.
I am easily distracted by sounds, movements, etc. so concentrating on one thing can sometimes be very difficult.
What drugs are currently used to curb ADHD? What illicit drugs do people get hooked on to curb ADHD?
Any links to sites with methods, activities, exercises to help get around this major obstacle in my life?
